Somatic therapy focuses on the human being as a whole, not only the mind.

As a somatic trauma practitioner my mission is to guide women to break free from toxic cycles, overcome lingering effects of past trauma & finally become grounded in peace.

What to expect 

 

After you submit a quick application, I will be in touch within a day or two. Sessions are held over video call through this website (similar to zoom).

If you are uncomfortable with face to face video calls we can organise alternative communications. It is very common & completely normal not to feel comfortable with face to face :)

Each session / plan is completely tailored to your needs & can be adjusted as your needs or desires change. I use a combination of somatic therapy, shadow work & yoga therapy to create your personalised plan. 

You are in control the entire time & have full say on how deep / far we go. 

I have my own personal experience of navigating my way back to wholeness after living through traumatic events. My studies in somatic therapy, yoga therapy & other healing modalities plus my own personal experience have allowed me the opportunity to guide women back to a life of peace & regulation after chaos.

One to one sessions are available in 6 or 12 week blocks. You also get free access to my self paced shadow work course, Unearth.
